About the Role An established civil design and land services group
with decades of regional experience is seeking a Principal Land
Surveyor to guide and grow its survey department. This is a key
leadership opportunity for someone ready to combine technical
expertise, team development, and strategic growth. What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire a talented team of survey professionals. Oversee
high-quality data collection, mapping, and reporting. Drive
department growth through strategy and business development.
Collaborate with internal engineering staff to deliver successful
projects. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and
industry standards. Mentor and support the development of junior
team members. What You Bring Leadership background in land
surveying with a proven track record of results. Expertise in
modern surveying tools (GPS, total stations, and related
technology). Strong knowledge of California land use regulations
and codes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. PLS
license in California preferred or has LSIT with the intent of
getting PLS Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for growth. What’s
