We are seeking an experienced and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool-aged students (ages 3–5) in a school-based setting in the Coalinga, CA area. This is a full-time, in-person role beginning with the 2025–2026 school year. While bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly preferred, all qualified SLPs are encouraged to apply. Speech Language Pathologist Position Details: Caseload of up to 45 preschool students 1 paraprofessional aide to assist in the classroom In-person, site-based services Collaboration with early childhood teams and IEP development required Ideal Candidates Will Have: Active California SLP license Experience working with early childhood populations Comfort delivering therapy in both individual and group settings Strong communication skills for working with families and educators Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English) is a plus Why Work With RCM?
