Responsibilities
In keeping with the Dignity Health care philosophy, the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) functions collaboratively and uses independent judgment to provide high quality care by assuring appropriate staffing on a shift basis or more as indicated by patient acuity and census. Is accountable for unit operations, supervision, staff development, evaluation, quality improvement, chart audits, patient care delivery and clinical outcomes on assigned shifts. Is responsible for providing clinical nursing leadership to unit staff and may provide direct patient care.

Demonstrates proficient nursing skills in specialty area.
Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others across department lines.
Reacts calmly and effectively in emergencies.
Experience in related unit, and demonstrated leadership skills.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: -

• 
  
• 3 years of critical care experience preferred, and demonstrated leadership skills. -
  
• BSN required.
  
• Current RN License
  
• BLS-Certification required
  
• IV certification
  
• EKG. -
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Mentorship experience preferred.
    
  • CCRN preferred.
