essential member of our clinical team, youll provide exceptional,

committed to excellence.What Youll Do:Conduct thorough assessments,
diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care
conditions.Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays,
labs, and EKGs.Perform typical urgent care procedures, such as
laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.Collaborate
with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient

development.Qualifications:Physician Assistant: Medical/Masters
degree with a valid state license and national certification.Nurse
Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state
license.Requirements:Valid, unrestricted medical and DEA
licenses.Ability to treat patients of all ages.DOT Certification:

$82.00Productivity Bonus: Up to an additional 28%Part Time Salary
(minimum 2 shifts per week):$61,620 - $85,280 base (at 2 shifts per
week)$67,166 - $92,955 with productivity bonus (at 2 shifts per
week)Full Time Salary (minimum 3 shifts per week):$92,430 -
$127,920 base (at 3 shifts per week)$109,067 - $150,946 with
productivity bonus (at 3 shifts per week)Compensation offers
include an hourly rate, a wRVU bonus plan, a weekend differential,
and a balance of factors such as level of education, experience,

collaborative care options (within the scope of urgent care),
including physical examinations, assessments, diagnosis and
treatmentOrder and interpret x-rays, lab results and EKGsTriage and

flow to avoid long wait timesPerform digital blocks and regional
anesthesia; start IV fluids and perform minor surgical procedures,
such as wound closure and management, foreign body removal,
diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, closed reductions of simple
fractures or dislocations of fingers/toesPerform diagnostic and
therapeutic procedures, such as aspirations and injection of
joints, bursas, and cysts. Start IV fluidsPerform closed reductions
of simple fractures or dislocations of fingers/toes, including
nursemaids elbow reductionsApply and modify braces, splints, and
other orthopedic appliancesReview and manage daily tasks, patient
callbacks, and lab results, while on shiftAbout YouMedical/Masters

Physician Assistant and current national certification - OR -RN -
Valid state license to practice as a Registered Nurse, NP - Valid
state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner and current

similar setting (minimum 2 years)Ability to work two full weekends
