Job Description Job Type – Full Time Pay – $320,000 plus incentives Patients Per Day – 12 - 14 EMR System - Athena Work Location – Outpatient Job ID – 60018 Job Description A San Luis Obispo based client is seeking an excellent OB/GYN to provide outpatient OB/GYN care in a multidisciplinary community health center. An ideal candidate is a leader who works well in a collaborative environment and practices evidence-based, patient-centered care. Required Qualifications - Graduated from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree - Current California state medical license - Completed an accredited residency program - Current DEA certificate - Board certified - Current CPR certification - Preferred - Fluent in Spanish Responsibilities - Provide diagnostic and treatment services within OB/GYN scope of practice - Make referrals as appropriate for best patient interest - Document all encounters according to organization standard - Advise and assist ARNP and PA-C mid-level providers as needed in accordance with approved protocols and procedures - Complete all duties, responsibilities, and competencies in a manner that is appropriate to the age groups to whom care/services are being provided - Assist in the review of primary care protocols and patient education materials in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and Associate Medical Director About Provider Healthcare Provider Healthcare is a prominent healthcare recruitment firm that places highly qualified and skilled healthcare professionals in excellent employment opportunities across the country.
