We partner with major insurance providers and also offer opportunities to see private-pay clients. Our 1099 model gives you flexibility, a steady caseload, and a voice in how you work. Who We're Looking For We're hiring licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) who are passionate about providing client-centered care. Comfort with telehealth platforms is essential. Experience with remote therapy is a plus. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions using our secure EHR platform Complete progress notes and treatment plans Build strong, therapeutic relationships with clients Deliver personalized, client-centered care based on individual needs Qualifications Active, independent license in good standing (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) Licensed to provide telehealth services to clients located in California What We Offer Flexible scheduling: Set your own availability.
