position is $53.61 to $80.34. Additional individual compensation
may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift
incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total

Shift: $1.50/hour /n - Night Shift: $6.00/hour /n /n Nestled on the

facility includes a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and

to be had. /n POSITION SUMMARY: RN, Nurse Lead, NICU /n The RN,
Nurse Lead, NICU works with Department Manager and Director to
ensure the planning, coordination and provision of nursing care to
patients on specified units and shifts. Supervises and delegates
care responsibilities to nursing and ancillary personnel,
commensurate with their scope of practice. Promotes the use of best
practices in the delivery of patient care. Facilitates Lean Daily
Management activities. Works collaboratively with leadership to
promote professional nursing practice and behavior. /n JOB
REQUIREMENTS: RN, Nurse Lead, NICU /n Analytical and grammatical
skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and in
writing. Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.
Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Must be able to
fulfill the essential functions of the position. /n EDUCATION /
TRAINING / EXPERIENCE: /n /n - Associate degree or equivalent:
Required /n - Bachelor's degree (BSN): Preferred /n - Minimum one
year of previous NICU experience: Required /n - Previous charge
nurse experience in acute care setting: Preferred /n /n LICENSES /
CERTIFICATIONS: /n /n - Current CA RN license: Required /n -
AHA-BLS-HCP: Required /n - PALS: Required /n - NRP: Required /n -
RNC: Preferred /n /n/n Organizational Requirements: /n Adventist
