Job Overview The Rehab Manager oversees all rehabilitation services, including therapy operations, care coordination, assessments, restorative programs, and compliance with state and federal standards. This role manages therapy workflows, supports policy development, ensures timely and accurate assessments, and leads a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate excels in clinical leadership, staff training, adaptive equipment assessment, durable medical equipment coordination, performance improvement, and regulatory readiness. Occasional local travel may be required to support additional sites.
