acutely ill patients in a dynamic hospital environment requiring
critical thinking and rapid assessment skills Utilize Cerner EMR
system to document and coordinate comprehensive patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including
physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and nursing leadership
Provide specialized maternal and fetal care with focus on advanced
monitoring and triage protocols Participate in professional
governance councils and evidence-based practice initiatives
Long-term assignment offering stability and opportunity to make
meaningful patient impact Requirements: Valid and unrestricted
State of California Registered Nurse License (RN) Minimum 3 years
of acute care nursing experience Bachelor's or Associate degree
from an accredited registered nursing program Advanced Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification AWHONN Advanced Fetal
Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification AWHONN Maternal Fetal Triage
Index (MFTI) certification Current American Heart Association BLS
(Basic Life Support) certification Current American Heart
Association ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
certification Proficiency with Cerner EMR system English language
