Benefits: As a CVICU RN, you will deliver comprehensive,
evidence?based care to critically ill cardiac patients in the
immediate postoperative period and during complex recoveries. Core
responsibilities include continuous patient evaluation, hemodynamic
monitoring with arterial and central venous lines, titration of
vasoactive and inotropic medications, ventilator management,
cardiovascular and pulmonary assessments, chest tube and drain
management, sedation and analgesia coordination, and meticulous
documentation in the electronic medical record. You’ll participate
in daily interdisciplinary rounds, collaborate with surgeons,
perfusionists, pharmacists, and wound care teams, and provide
clear, compassionate communication to families at a time of
