conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and
improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting
department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary
approach to patient groups. requirement : Day Shift - 8x5's. Acute
care inpatient settingEducation and Work of Physical Therapy (DPT)
degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January
2016Two years' Physical Therapy experience: PreferredLicenses/
Therapy licensure in state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary
Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS)
certification: Required
