DESCRIPTION: Job Title: Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) –
Operating Room Shift: Mid Shift – 10 Hours (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Location: Bakersfield, CA 93301 Minimum Qualifications - Active
Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice – Required -
Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) Certification – Required -
Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) – Required - Basic Life
Support (BLS) or CPR Certification – Required - Minimum 2 years of
perioperative nursing experience - At least 3 months of recent
experience in the specialty Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor of
Science in Nursing (BSN) - Certified Registered Nurse First
Assistant (CRNFA) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or PEARS
- Membership with the Association of perioperative Registered
