Therapist will treat an Adult population seeing approximately 5.5 patients per day. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

" Nationally recognized rehab company
" Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT and/or registered as a PHYSICAL THERAPIST per state requirements. Required Qualifications CA License in hand Preferred Qualifications Preferable with Home Health experience
Experience in using Netsmart/Allscripts program would be a big bonus as well. About the Facility Call for details.
