Central Coast Home Health and Hospice is a fast-growing and
locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout
the San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly
growing and now seeking a Customer Service representative to join
our team in our San Luis Obispo office. The Customer Service
representative is responsible for answering the incoming requests
for support from the IT department. -
- Answer incoming phone calls to the IT department.
- New employee onboarding: - accounts creation, mobile device
setups and configuration.
- Install, manage, and troubleshoot various APPs.
- Provide end-user support as needed: - hardware and software
troubleshooting; email; wireless connectivity.
- Update and maintain various web-based user accounts.
- Coordinate with staff members, existing vendors, and service
- Identify user needs, provide end-user training as
- Participation in the development and improvement of processes
and internal controls.
- Maintaining a positive relationship with customers and vendors
- Provide excellent customer service, technical background is
highly desirable.Minimum Requirements
- 1 year of IT experience preferred, willing to train the right
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
