Under the clinical supervision of the Behavioral Health Director
and administrative supervision of the Clinic Manager/Program
Coordinator, the LCSW provides psychiatric social work assistance
to psychosocially or emotionally disturbed patients and their
families of self-referrals, or referred from hospitals, clinics,
and other medical centers. Collaborates with psychiatric and allied
teams in diagnosis and treatment plan by performing the following

Responsible for the management, planning and coordination of

integrated health care system. Participates in patient population
management as it relates to clinical services while taking into
