Facilities Compliance Specialist role is a unique position within
the Facilities department that works closely with the EHS
department to make sure the plant-based systems are running
properly and up to proper documentation. This job will require
someone who is safety and detail oriented. The Facilities
compliance specialist will have to be responsible to attend to
plant issues that may arise at unforeseen times. There will be
additional safety and environmental training with this position to
provide both facilities and EHS with informed support.In this role
you will:Monitors assets regarding security measures, maintains the
security network, ensures it always remains functional including
daily maintenance issues such as batteries and mechanical hardware.
Acts as the primary point of contact with the security / fire
monitoring service. Maintains an employee roster with door codes,
building security codes and ensures that an accurate employee
roster is prepared as part of the plant's Emergency Action
Plan.Assists the Manager, Facilities, in development of long/short
range plans, conceptual designs, and layout requirements and
documentation for facility.Inspection and documentation of
hazardous storage and waste management (e-waste, light bulbs, spent
batteries...etc.).Work with both EHS and Facilities to create
hazardous waste recycling opportunities.Document and provide EHS
with annual waste quantities (paper, garbage, wood related
debris... etc.).Work annually to create opportunities for water and
energy consumption reductions.Work to confirm forklifts and all
vehicles are being safely maintained, and that the proper
documentation is being completed.Ensure that fuel container and
propane tanks are certified and within specifications and manage
hydro testing as needed.Inspections monthly of emergency breathing
apparatus and all related items including hydro testing and
refill.Manage monthly inspection, calibration, and repair of
atmospheric monitors.Manage inspections of ladders, scaffolding,
safety harnesses and lifting slings.Maintain emergency facilities
equipment; emergency lights, eye wash and shower stations, fire
suppression equipment, first aid supplies.Manage the building
access (door locks and badges, security system and codes)Ability to
be on 24-hour call to address building downtime situations as
needed.Other tasks as assignedTraits we believe make a strong
candidate:Hazardous waste management and DOT Hazardous Materials
experience desirable.Mechanical abilities for equipment service and
repair.Position requires a significant physical activity.Knowledge
of Microsoft Office or equivalent-Word, excel, PowerPoint.Must be
able to read and write fluently in English.Ability to build strong,
influential relationships and collaborate effectively with people
in a variety of functions (internally and externally).Ability to
assess compliance via standards and interpretations as well as to
define solutions to correct deficiencies and gaps.Understanding of
root cause analysis, applying effective corrective actions, and
verification/validation of effectiveness.Your success will be

and having an open, honest, and positive attitude.Ability to
present new ideas to supervisor to solve equipment
issues.Effectively communicate work progress and status with
Maintenance Manager, Technicians, and Production team."Safety

good troubleshooting skills. It also requires a person who is
motivated and works well without constant direction. One who can
use manuals and prints to understand equipment function and resolve
issues keeping them from running.Timely execution of projects and
tasks.By building strong cross functional relationships to
influence and implement best safety practices throughout the
facility.Acquire working knowledge of US federal and state
environmental regulations applicable to Entegris operations and
work with site representatives in monitoring compliance and taking
on specific responsibilities defined in permits, standard operating
procedures, or work instructions.This person will also be asked to
attend related training courses, seminars, and conferences to
further develop understanding and specific subject matter
expertise, as well as participate in various forums, councils.What
