Corporate Research Librarian - -At Criterion Edge (CE), we're committed to empowering companies to deliver better healthcare solutions. - By leveraging best-in-class writing processes, technology, and expertise, we empower healthcare companies to achieve their global regulatory goals with superior quality, speed, and budget control. - Be on the leading edge by applying your librarian and literature search---expertise and leadership skills to the development, management and writing of regulatory-compliant Clinical Evaluation Report (CER) projects with top industry clients. - -The Corporate Research Librarian, working directly with the CE scientific and regulatory writing teams, leads the development of focused and relevant clinical, scientific and state-of-the-art literature search strategies and other related deliverables in support of regulatory writing projects for pharmaceutical and medical device clients. - This position is fully remote. -Specific Responsibilities Include: -

• Support the medical writing teams in the development of literature search protocols and search strategies. - Must be able to conduct literature searches using the Dialog Solutions / Proquest Dialog platform - and deliver literature search results and reference citations to the Medical Writer -
• Participate in the planning phase of content development by providing concepts, ideas and feedback -
• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal MIS Standard Operating Procedures - -Required Experience: -
  • Biomedical medical device/diagnostic background preferred, but not required -
  • Critical analysis of published literature for validity, reliability and scientific credibility -
  • Experience with various search engines and strategies for locating information critical to business needs -
  • Preferable availability for 15---hrs/week with availability for meetings during the week -
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Library Science (MLIS/MLS) preferred -
    • 1+ years of Corporate Regulatory Searching preferred, but not required -
    • 1+ years search experience (within the last calendar year) with Dialog Solutions / Proquest Dialog -
    • 1+ years of search experience in medical device/diagnostic CERs/SLRs - - -Powered by JazzHR
