the right team memberMindbody is looking for a Product Operations
Lead. You will be responsible for setting up the processes and
tools required to support our product development organization. You
will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers,
customer experience and executive stakeholders to ensure that we
deliver and effectively roll out impactful and differentiated
products to our customers.About the role
- Develop and implement processes and tools to continuously
improve our product development lifecycle, driving greater impact,
quality, velocity, and cross-functional alignment.
- Continuously examine, experiment, and measure improvements to
our operating model and processes; level up the organization
through clear and widely adopted standards.
- Run our product roadmapping cycles, working closely with
product managers and engineering managers to ensure that roadmaps
are clear and tie back to company business goals and OKRs
- Track key roadmap updates and partner with product marketing to
drive cross-functional communication to customers, internal
stakeholders, and leadership
- Aggregate and report on core product metrics and inputs, e.g.,
engagement, adoption, NPS, usability, etc.
- Support team building and knowledge sharing across the Product
and Engineering organization through events, trainings, etc.
- Implement and drive structured customer product feedback
collection processes and program: e.g, beta testing, customer
advisory panelSkills & experience
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product
management, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to
develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource
allocation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate
complex ideas and issues to technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA,
Airtable, ADO
- Demonstrated experience with analytics and reporting tools such
as Looker, Tableau, Pendo, Mixpanel, and Excel. Strong SQL skills.

compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique
to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of
experience, certifications, and specific work location.The base
salary range for this position in the United States is $122k to
$183k. The total compensation package for this position may also
include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable
