      The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting qualified Owner Operators, and company drivers, as needed at all locations. Work together with Operations, to ensure proper processing. Ensure all drivers receive the initial training, safety orientation and have a clear understanding of the job description or contract, and what is expected. Responsible for ensuring the driver qualification process is followed, and all safety documentation is processed completely. The Driver Recruiter position is a full-time salaried position with a base salary of $65 - $75 DOE and a generous bonus program of $5,000 for each driver recruited paid within 90-days per the driver recruitment program.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities
      
      • 
        
      • Recruit and retain Owner Operator and Company Drivers; line OTR/Local/Regional
        
      • Manage Orientation & Safety initial Training; support and enforce.
        
      • Follow up on new drivers progress to ensure proper integration into the company
        
      • Assist in the development and implementation of Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
        
      • Actively seek out and participate in internal and external training programs that help improve personal performance and well-being.
        
      • All other duties as described by management.
