EmpireWorks is growing and we are hiring an Account Executive to service and grow an active book of property management professionals (B2B) in the Santa Maria/SLO area. Uncapped Commissions, Mentorship and Career Advancement You will market and sell our reconstruction and painting services to Commercial and to Multifamily ownership groups.In order to succeed, you must have the ability to build relationships and to promote service and value over price. In addition to joining a fun, easygoing team that enjoys coming to work each day, you will take advantage of leadership in our organization that truly want to see you learn and advance. We provide training, tools and support, but you will enjoy a good deal of autonomy in this position as well.To be a good fit as an Account Executive you will need:-- At least 2 years of outside sales experience-- An interesting, authentic personality-- A valid driver's license with clean driving record-- Self-motivation, a strong work ethic and the ability to achieve goals-- A strong sense of integrityResponsibilities* Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business* Service existing clients* Effectively demonstrate product line* Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotasWhat you need to know:-- Uncapped earnings (estimated 1st year earning potential 65-85k; year 2 80-110k+) -- base salary, clearly articulated commissions and bonuses -- Company vehicle -- Group health insurance with company contribution -- Flexible, paid time off --
