Job Description Job Description Salary: $17-$19 per Hour DOE Looking for both full-time and part-time employees OT GUARANTEED! MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS: 6:30am-6:30pm Saturday & Sunday 6:30am-6:30pm five days per week 6:30pm - 6:30am (NOC shift) We are looking for caring heroes to work at our beautiful 17 Bed Elder Care Facility in Arroyo Grande (on the Mesa). We have FULL and PART time positions available, DAY and NIGHT shifts. All 12 hour shifts - we pay OVERTIME for anything over 8 hours. We have 5 other facilities from SLO to AG, you may be asked to work at our other locations, so reliable transportation is a must! (Training is in San Luis Obispo) EXPERIENCE preferred. We ask that you are CARING, LOVE WORKING with the elderly, takes INITIATIVE, and FLEXIBLE when it comes to your schedule (MUST be willing to work weekends and holidays). Duties include but are not limited to: assisting residents with ADLs (i.e. personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, meals), encouraging residents to join in activities, help maintain cleanliness of residence, laundry, and meal time preparations. REQUIREMENTS: Background Check (Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance) Clear TB Test and Physical COVID Vaccination Record Proficient in English CPR/First Aid Certification
